Pelvic floor symptoms can feel frustrating, confusing, and even isolating. Maybe you’ve noticed leaking with exercise, pressure or heaviness, pain, or a core that just doesn’t feel as strong as it once did. Like many women, you might feel unsure where to start—but you want to move, exercise, and feel confident in your body again. I get it.

ASCEND | Pelvic Foundations is a 12-week guided program designed to help women address common pelvic floor symptoms while reconnecting breath, core, and pelvic floor function. Through progressive exercises, education, and intentional movement, you’ll learn how to support your body, build strength safely, and create a strong foundation for exercise and everyday life.

Rather than jumping straight into intense workouts, this program focuses on restoring proper core and pelvic floor coordination first—helping you move with confidence and build lasting pelvic health from the inside out.

What We

Workouts

You’ll have access to guided workouts for each week of the 12-week program, helping you progressively build strength in your core and pelvic floor, along with a library of on-demand exercises you can revisit anytime. Everything is available in an easy-to-use app, so you can move and train whenever it fits your schedule.

Journal Prompts

Go beyond just physical training and cultivate your mind and spirit with thoughtful, intentional journal prompts.

Community Forums 

Don't walk through this season alone! Community forums are built in to the program, so you can ask questions and chat with like-minded women throughout your healing journey.

For as long as I could remember, I've struggled with bracing and core engagement when lifting weights, especially with squats. I've been to many Physical Therapists in the past, and Dr. Amanda is the first that incorporated the use of weights and deep breathing with core and pelvic floor engagement. I see huge improvements and engaging the core is much easier thanks to Dr. Amanda.
