ASCEND | Postpartum


Postpartum is a delicate season. Like most women, you might be nervous to start working out again, but you want to get back to feeling like yourself. Maybe you’ve Googled “safe postpartum workouts” more times than you’d like to admit. I get it!

ASCEND | Postpartum offers pelvic floor coaching for those first 12 weeks after your baby's arrival. In addition to gentle guidance on getting back to the activities that you enjoy and building strength for functional movements, you'll have access to community forums to chat with mamas who are in the same season, prayers and mediations, and more. Postpartum is not a time for extreme exercise, and we take a whole-person approach, to treat not only your body, but also your mind and spirit.

You'll have access to specific workouts leading you through each week of postpartum, plus a library of workouts on-demand. All accessible from an app, so you can work out wherever you want, whenever it works with your busy schedule.

Don't walk through this season alone! Community forums are built in to the program, so you can ask questions and chat with like-minded mamas throughout your postpartum journey.
