Maybe you’re nervous to keep working out, but you’re even more nervous to stop. Or maybe you’ve Googled “safe pregnancy workouts” more times than you’d like to admit. There's a lot of noise about what's safe (and what's not) and you want to feel prepared, not panicked.

 

Designed to begin in the 12th week of pregnancy, ASCEND | Motherhood coaches you through the "fourth trimester" to train for a smooth pregnancy, birth, and postpartum experience. You'll get access to not only pelvic floor coaching by Dr. Amanda, DPT, but also dozens of resources like prayer cards, birth affirmations, deep breathing exercises and mediations, workouts on-demand, and forums where you can chat with like-minded women walking the same path.

You'll have access to specific workouts leading you through each week of your pregnancy, plus a library of workouts on-demand. All accessible from an app, so you can work out wherever you want, whenever it works with your busy schedule.

Don't go at it alone! Community forums are built in to the program, so you can ask questions and chat with like-minded mamas throughout your pregnancy and postpartum journey.
